*I understand drop-off is no earlier than 6 AM and pick-up is no later than 5 PM.
*I have downloaded and completed all age appropriate enrollment documents for my child(ren).
*I have contacted my child's pediatrician and obtained a copy of his/her/their Immunization Record(s).
*I understand that all payments are due every Friday, unless stated otherwise. I understand that I must pay Gloria via Cash or Venmo ONLY.
*I have read ALL answers to the FAQs provided, understanding the expectations of myself and my child at Gloria's Daycare.
*I understand that my child is eligible for immediate termination if myself or child does not adhere to the rules and expectations of Gloria's Daycare.
